At jobandbed.org, we use Jobs First rather than Housing First. Housing First is the failed program that has been used for decades. It makes people not want to work. If they work they lose their benefits. So they are allowed to sit around, take drugs, commit crimes and live off the government. We do the opposite. 82% success rate! People do want to work but they need help.
